MyUztelecom ilovasining backend jamoasini boshqaraman. Ilovadan 10 milliondan ortiq kishi foydalanadi, har oy 2,5 milliondan ortiq faol foydalanuvchi bor.

I lead the backend team of the MyUztelecom app, used by more than 10 million people, with over 2.5 million active users every month.

• Ilova ichida to‘lov tizimini ishga tushirdik: karta qo‘shish, to‘lovlar, P2P o‘tkazmalar, hamyon, avto-to‘lov va QR orqali to‘lov. Abonent xizmat uchun to‘lovni ofisga bormasdan ilovaning o‘zida qiladi.
• SIM va eSIM xizmatlarini to‘liq onlayn qildik: ICCID orqali SIM-kartani aktivlashtirish, eSIM sotib olish, SIM’dan eSIM’ga o‘tish va eSIM’ni tiklash.
• Rouming va uy internetini ilovaga olib kirdik: roumingni yoqish va o‘chirish, davlatlar bo‘yicha shartlar, paketlar va Travel eSIM, uy internetini o‘rnatish uchun onlayn ariza.
• Ilova ishlaydigan ichki Katana framework’iga yangi funksiyalar qo‘shaman va uni optimallashtiraman.
• Arxitektura va barqarorlik uchun javob beraman: tizim eng yuqori yuklamada sekundiga 3 000 dan ortiq so‘rovni to‘xtovsiz ko‘taradi.

• Launched the in-app payment system: card linking, payments, P2P transfers, wallets, autopay and QR payments, so subscribers pay for services without visiting an office.
• Moved SIM and eSIM services fully online: SIM activation by ICCID, eSIM purchase, SIM-to-eSIM migration and eSIM restore.
• Brought roaming and home internet into the app: turning roaming on and off, conditions by country, bundles and Travel eSIM, and online requests to install home internet.
• Extend and optimise Katana, the in-house framework the app runs on.
• Own the architecture and stability of a system that handles more than 3,000 requests per second at peak without interruption.

TezTop asoschilaridan biriman va mahsulotning butun texnik qismini o‘zim qurganman: backend, ikkita mobil ilova, sayt, moderator paneli, Telegram botlar va serverlar.

I am one of the co-founders of TezTop and built the whole technical side myself: the backend, two mobile apps, the website, the moderator panel, the Telegram bots and the servers.

• TezTop, mijoz ilovasi (iOS, Android): muammoni yozish yoki ovozda aytish, takliflarni solishtirish, ustani xaritada kuzatish, chat va to‘lov.
• TezTop Pro, ustalar ilovasi (iOS, Android): pasport va selfi orqali shaxsni tasdiqlash, buyurtmalar lentasi, narx taklif qilish va daromad hisoboti.
• Backend va Telegram bot: Java va Spring Boot’da tez ishlaydigan API, bildirishnomalar, SMS orqali kirish va mijozlar uchun @teztopuzbot.

• TezTop, the customer app (iOS, Android): describing the job by text or voice, comparing offers, tracking the tradesperson on the map, chat and payment.
• TezTop Pro, the app for tradespeople (iOS, Android): identity check with a passport and a selfie, job feed, price offers and earnings.
• Backend and Telegram bot: a fast API on Java and Spring Boot, notifications, SMS sign-in and @teztopuzbot for customers.
• Moderator panel and website: checking tradespeople, resolving disputes and a customer web account. The site is indexed by Google and Yandex, with analytics in Yandex Metrica.
• DevOps and reliability: automated deploys with Docker and GitLab CI, monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus, logs in Kibana (ELK), container management in Portainer, a Telegram alert bot, daily backups and more than 870 automated test files.

O‘zbekistonda ko‘mir ta’minotini boshqaradigan milliy tizimning bosh backend dasturchisiman. 2024-yildan beri tizimning backend qismi uchun javob beraman: arxitektura, API va integratsiyalar. Tizimdan 3,2 milliondan ortiq kishi foydalanadi, unga 5 milliondan ortiq ariza tushgan.

I am the chief backend developer of the national system that runs coal supply in Uzbekistan. Since 2024 I have been responsible for its backend: architecture, APIs and integrations. More than 3.2 million people use it, and it has received over 5 million applications.

• Aholiga ko‘mir yetkazishni raqamlashtirdik: oila mahalla orqali ariza beradi, keyin ombordan berish va to‘lov bitta zanjirda kuzatiladi.
• Rahbariyat uchun respublika bo‘yicha panel backend’ini qurdim: qazib olish, yetkazish, taqsimot, ombordagi zaxira va to‘lovlar viloyatlar kesimida bir ekranda, Excel’ga eksport qilinadigan hisobotlar bilan.

• Digitised coal delivery to households: a family applies through its mahalla, and warehouse release and payment are tracked in one chain.
• Built the backend of a nationwide dashboard for leadership: mining, deliveries, distribution, warehouse stock and payments by region on one screen, with reports that export to Excel.
• Integrated more than 10 external systems: Click and Payme payments, E-IMZO, MyID, 1C, Digital Government, e-invoicing, the commodity exchange, cadastre, weighbridges and the railway.
• Built access control for 23 organisation types, from a mahalla up to the Cabinet of Ministers, and 15 roles, so every user sees only the data for their own area and authority.
• Designed the core of the system and wrote most of it: 55 APIs, 105 data entities and 79% of the commits on the main branch. Real-time notifications run over WebSocket, push and Telegram.

Adxam Repetitor uchun uchala filialni bitta joydan boshqaradigan tizimni loyihaladim va ishlab chiqdim: boshqaruv paneli, o‘qituvchi ilovasi va ota-onalar boti.

I designed and built a system that runs all three Adxam Repetitor branches from one place: an admin panel, a teacher app and a parent bot.

• Access rights: each role sees only the branches and sections it needs.

Teledoctor’da XMED telemeditsina platformasining backend’ini ishlab chiqdim: API, video qo‘ng‘iroq va chat, Telegram bot. Men ishlagan davrda platformadan 300 000 dan ortiq kishi foydalangan.

At Teledoctor I built the backend of the XMED telemedicine platform: the API, video calls and chat, and the Telegram bot. More than 300,000 people used it while I was on the team.
